Response:On 4-1-2017 the customer brought his [redacted] in to have an additional [redacted] lighting and check grease on wheel. All service was completed and on 6-6-2017. The customer was notified that all requested repairs were complete on his [redacted] on 6-6-2017. We apologized to the...

customer and provided him with a free detail service (normal cost $350.00) and took 2 hours of labor off his bill at $90.00 an hour, on his boat as compensation for his issues. We strive to provide excellent customer service and realize that this did not happen for [redacted] We have addressed the issue with non response from our employees to [redacted] calls. While there was a mix up resulting in the delay and processing of his order for the additional [redacted] we also experienced a delay in receiving the [redacted] from the manufacture.
