Renegade Recreation

I purchased a radiator relocation kit from Renegade Recreation for $400.00. The kit did not have any instruction included in the box. After unsuccessfully attempting to obtain a copy of the instruction off of the internet I phone Renegade Recreation and requested said instructions. I spoke with a woman and she said she would send it to me. I gave this woman my work fax number and she said she would send it right away. However the instructions were not faxed that day. The next day, being a Friday, I phoned Renegade Recreation again and the same woman answered. At this time she said she had gotten busy and was not able to send the instructions the day before. She then said she would send it later that day or on Monday via email. I gave her my email address. Again I did not receive the instruction via email or fax. Nor did Renegade Recreatin contact me to give a reason. The following week I phoned Renegade Recreation again, this time I spoke toa male. I again explained that I had purchased the rad relocation kit and need installation instructions. I again gave this man my email address. The male said he would send the instructions within the next 10 minutes. I have not been able to find the proof of purchase in my system. I have asked customer for receipt number so I can verify the part he has purchased and get the information he requires.
