I received your Revdex.com complaint notification dated 8/11/14 where [redacted] stated he had not received parts he had paid for. As a principle of this company, this is the first I have heard of this situation. We have no record of these parts being ordered by Mr....
[redacted]. I am looking into exactly what took place. [redacted], who has helped us on occasions during summer months, has been instructed to contact Mr [redacted] in an effort to get this resolved. In the meantime, I am attempting to find out the facts of this situation and see why I was unaware of it all. I will try to have a more complete understanding and resolution sometime next week.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Mr [redacted] Summer had came by on August 13. He told me that he would have steer wheel and steer wheel adapter within 10 to 15 days. But he would not be able to get golf cart cover. So he would pay the difference of $200 by the 15th of September. He also sign a promissory note saying the same thing. [redacted]
