Renew Auto Collision Repair

J have received concern or complaint letter regarding ID # For Mrs, [redacted] ***.Vehicle came in with a tow truck due to the car was not drivable, I've received the car on or around the same date when she got in an auto accident.Her husband is my friend, so I helped him out with the repairs.She mentioned that it was the other parties fault, due to the other car was backing out of drive Way when she was traveling on the road.She had no insurance to get her car repaired, and since she said it was the other drivers fault we've decided to wait for the other insurance carrier to pay for the damages.Allstate insurance came by on January 17, but the allstate insurance company had liability issue so at the time it was Inspection only.I knew she was in the rental, and we've asked her to follow up with the insurance company,because I knew it will be her responsibility for her rental car.So the time went by, I didn't know if the allstate has cleared the liability issues or not.But she said she got paid from the insurance company and was going to come and pay, so the time waited and I've told her I will not start the repairs until I have receive any kind of deposit or what notSo she came by to the shop on 3/1/and paid $out of $3699.80.That's when we've started working on her vehicle.The complaint with the rental coverage is not my responsible if [redacted] needs to file complaint will be the insurance company for taking too long to solve her matter or for the liability to settlement.She has remaining balance of $this was paid with her check and returned due to N.S.F She also called me regarding the head light and bumper matter, told her to bring it in so we could see what's going on so we can help her get her car repaired but she never brought it back for us to look at the car, and i've spoke to her husband regarding the matter and he said it's been taken care by his buddy.So, at this time we do not think its Renew Auto Collision Repair to pay for her rental usages, but we could definitely have her car checked out and fix whatever the problems she has.Please find attached estimate with the other supporting documentation
