Worst experience ever! Stay clear of this company. Very unprofessional and workmanship is terrible. Had my pool decking resurfaced and the experience was bad from the beginning. Took them 2 months to get started after many excuses, then over 2 weeks to "complete" (they say completed) a job that I was told would take 5 days. I told them not to return to my property due to the quality and unprofessional acts of their crews. They did not cover up my wooden deck when pressure washing the concrete and got over spray on the furniture, bar, and wood decking. The owner assured me this would wash off but never offered to clean the items or the deck. 1 month later and over spray is still present. When the coating was applied, it was the most unprofessional job I have ever seen done by "professionals". There were runs every where in the product. After many text messages, the owner finally responded and said he would make it right. He was able to get most of the runs out but has never been back to inspect. The work around the pool edge looks like my 12 year preformed the work. Spaces in the concrete not painted and paint on the pool liner all the way around. The "workers" got paint on the bottoms of their shoes and tracked it all over the wooden decking. Again no offer to make this right other than trying to remove with paint remover which would have damaged the deck coating. Just an all around terrible job. With the virus in full swing, my wife works from home and had to change rooms for conference calls because the language used by the employees was so bad. Very embarrassing for her and the kids home from school. All communication with this company to try and get the work done correctly was initiated by me. Not once was there a follow up visit or call made to me unless to ask for the balance on the agreed upon amount. I am now redoing this work (mess) myself!

Renew Crew is only interested in providing a high quality finished product and high customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] will not look at this with an objective eye and review the data. The data speaks for itself. With that being said, Mr. [redacted] it is very difficult to do business with someone that cusses, yells and tries to intimidate my onsite crews. We have tried very hard to work with you on your scheduling, be patient with your mannerisms and try to perform a high quality job for you because we do appreciate you being a return customer. However, this type of behavior is very unprofessional and makes a very difficult work environment. You even cussed at me over the phone when I was trying to identify the problems and come up with a solution. I sent my most senior employee to test the stain for repellency and to walk the job with you. You were adamant in your claim that the water did not bead on the deck surface and refused to provide water for a test spot. A water test is standard procedure for us in order to make sure the stain beads water. After agreeing to the water test, my representative confirmed the water beaded very well. We also review the consistency of the deck to make sure that the stain has equal coverage on all surfaces and is to our high standards. My senior representative felt it was very well done. He was prepared to do the minor touch-ups for you while he was there but you rudely made him leave your property. If you would like, I can personally meet with you on site to just take one more look at the job and make sure it meets our requirements and is to your expectations. If some touch-ups are needed I can perform that at the time of the visit.
