I used this company to remove old doors and install new "french doors" leading to our deckDoors were installed, outside vinyl trim was "capped", inside trim was replaced, Inside trim was painted but paint splattered on hardwood floor and end tableSmall step ladder used to reach top of frame was dragged across hardwood floor, scratching itOutside trim was painted but the paint went over the door frame and on to the house hardy-plank wood siding, leaving splotches all around the doorDriver backed truck over grass, backing up the drivewayDoor does not close properly and can only lock if I lean in to door, adding weight, before able to turn keyScratched the deck steps when dragging old door awayScratched driveway with old door, as wellI asked MrS [redacted] to return and see if he could adjust the door to close and lock properly and I was willing to deal with all other issues on my ownHe did return, after several requests and even returned the amount of cost he charged me for the bad painting but was unprofessional, indignant, rude and patronizing while hereWhen he returned, I asked him not to block our garage entrance, when he came over, but he still drove up the driveway and blocked doorWhen I asked him (several times) to park on the street because my husband was about to arrive home (has injury-can't walk far) MrS [redacted] refused to moveMy husband arrived and sat in the car for minuteswaiting for MrS [redacted] to move his truckI eventually just asked him to leave and told him that we will take care of the remaining issuesI do not recommend hiring this company because their work is sloppy and they are unprofessional!
