Our Clients our offered a free trial of a skin cream and eye serum for only shipping and handling They are able to cancel the continuity program at anytime without additional billing The Free trial is for days The terms are displayed and available on the siteThe customer did call in on the morning of the 11-4- At this time the customer service rep offered a discount After the customer became escalated and did not complete the call with the Customer Service Rep The Customer hung upAt this time a full refund was issued on the morning of 11-4- The refund was for both products Our Rep attempted to contact the customer about the refund, however, the client did not have Voicemail, and did not answer We strive to have satisfied customers And we always give full refunds when that is a warranted action We would rather give a full refund then to cause negative customer scenariosPlease let me know if I can assist further, Loteia

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is mostly satisfactory to me The only update I feel is necessary is that I received the refund on 11/7/and not 11/4/ Also, my phone does have a voice mail and I never received another call from the company informing me about the refundThe customer rep flatly denied me any refund except a partial refund and when I told her I would pursue other courses to receive a refund she said, "You will loseAnd when you call back you will not be offered even the partial refund" Regards, [redacted]

Spoke with consumer via phone: The business stated in their response that the product was shipped. The consumer never received nor wanted that item and was billed th $87.57 for the item. The business has refunded the $87.57 and the complaint has been resolved.

be offered a day extension and to call back by April 17, to cancel the trial The consumer called in and canceled on April 18th with our agent The product was already shipped and the consumer was charged $ On April 25, 2017, the consumer called in to discuss the charge and was told the order shipped because we did not hear from him on April 17, to cancel The consumer will be refunded as a courtesy the $for the shipment that was sent on the 18th of April However, we can not refund the $and the $charges for the trial period The account has been verified as canceled.The transaction id number for the refund is ***
