I hired Renew Home Exteriors for a vinyl siding job in Euless, Texas My first encounter was with Michael M***, who spent time explaining the process and providing choices based on my budgetMichael stayed in touch with me throughout the entire installation I met David C*** after I completed the contract and once again he walked me through the steps and stayed in touch with me throughout the installation The actual installers were extremely courteous and efficient men who answered any questions I posed to them The prices are fair; the product and workmanship are outstanding I highly recommend this company

This company gave me a written estimate to replace damaged siding and add a gutter for my house back in April I agreed to & signed the proposal and gave them a $depositA few weeks later they called me & said they were having a hard time finding the replacement siding that matches the existing sidingI told them that I was not in a big hurry & to keep looking and keep me updated Well it's been a couple months now so I left message for them to call me to go with an alternate planThe problem is no one will return my call I left the 4th message with them about hours ago @ of course I haven't heard a wordI tried calling their office but it goes to voicemail At this point I just want my money back; a full refundSo far I have left the manager voicemail; the receptionist messages; and some guy named Matt a voicemail

Cannot say enough good things about themThey were so quick to respond anytime we had a question, the job was quick (they stayed late one night - rain slowed the process in the morning), and they seemed to genuinely care about our family and homeI had zero reservations or concerns and was so pleased with the results! Siding looks wonderful, clean, and even, and they also replaced all our windowsI love looking through our new clean windows knowing the job is over and was done so wellTheir workers were brilliant and really knew what they were doing - despite having our siding repaired, the foundation made the window frames off a bit, but they were able to make it work perfectly and we've had no issuesIt was such a good deal and value on the windows and siding - I felt the cost was more than fair, especially for the qualityThey were very honest about pros and cons and didn't try to up-sell usPlan on hiring them again for other projects and recommend them to everyone
