Community is the worst to live in. During these hard times of Covid this community has harassed me everyday about payments. The company was notified that I lost my job and had no sympathy. I've been with them for for years and they treat you like you just moved in. They are very unprofessional and will get in to full on argument with you and never answer any questions. I hope that my review gets to the news and to their corporate.
Hi ***, we are so sympathetic to all situations but, as explained, we do still have to follow our procedures and make rental collection attempts in the same manner for everyone. We consistently answer all inquiries made to the office but must work behind locked doors for the time being. When you came to the office doors complaining about the rent reminder notice you received on Friday I did try to explain our collection efforts to you.
I have been living at this apartment complex for 2 years. Every few months property management sends me a bill without any cause. Until now it was $60 dollars. I paid it because didn't want my stuff thrown on the streets. Recently the amount has gone to $176 monthly extra.
Other (requires explanation) I want them to STOP. And i want to credited for the EXTRA amount I have paid for the last 2 years. And, without any negative statements added to my credit file. I am willing to finish the remainder of the lease term, but i do think i've being unjustly billed.
There are no extra charges. Your lease expired and you were charged a month to month rent which you agreed to and you. You then signed a short term lease and agreed to a short term lease fee. All fees are clearly laid out in your lease agreement.
