Renew Property Management

I have been a tenant for almost 2 years and my hot water in my tub keeps running and will not shut off. I have sent emails, called, left voicemails and even sent a letter in with my rent and have heard nothing back. I cannot afford to move and worse I cant afford to keep paying rent and bills. I have a 11 month old son that needs this money more than my bills do and more than Renew does. I need this fixed very soon or I am gonna have to take this to court.
