Hi, I will try to make a long story short.***'s wife worked for me doing sales and he was a very aggressive guy to deal withHis attitude and impressions on other employees lead to her resigning from working hereTo bad she was nice a personI sold [redacted] a solar system that was professionally installed and inspected by the town building and electrical inspector [redacted] did not like the way one solar panel on his roof looked ,that was caused by a dip in his roof, coming from the cable industry where it was always customers 1st I had my team remove all the panels and fix the the damage on his roof that was not our fault no chargeHe was happy after thatNext we installed a mini split by a professional contractorThe install was done neatly but [redacted] once again didn't like itAt that point the contractor went back and did what [redacted] asked no chargeA unit was installed in his basement which was sealed correctly [redacted] wanted us to look at it we did and could not notice any wrongful faultsIt is the basement and its installed where he wanted itNow he is complaining about a musty smellAfter speaking with the manufacturer they stated it could be from old water damage that he had in his wallsNothing from us but [redacted] wants another discountAlso he had an x employee of the contractor come back without my or the contractors authorization which voids our warrantyWe don't know what could have happened he could've did something to try and get more discountsWe did ***"s electrical panel during the solar installation because it was popping before we even touched it which was the reason for the changeEverything went back into place as it was just an upgrade to amps, our electrician would never use a GFI to feed a sub panelThis was to inspected by the town electrical inspector who would've failed the install as he tested the unitsI can get a statement from the town as wellAlso [redacted] states he is a contractor and likes to touch stuff he doesn't know nothing aboutThe power to the Jacuzzi that was left turned on is clearly his fault as we tested everything during the electrical inspection [redacted] is a bad customer for business he makes stories up to keep getting money back almost like an extortionIf you read in his settlement he states we owe him a new camera system which is we stated if he went solar on his other two houses he would receive a new camera systemHe is clearly lying and fishing to receive more money from usAnother lie and I have the solar edge inverter manufacture as proof, he claims his computer was not done for solar monitoring but has been for many months now, let me know if you need proof that its been completed for months I will provide it.At this point what can we do, consumers are always right and the company just keeps on paying He is clearly making this story upWe even did an insurance job for his family member in Fall River Ma,never got paid a dime

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I am happy that RES finally responded, especially after responding to me with threatening phone calls As regards the taking down of panels from my roof, that is a lie I did ask why the panels were wavy and didn't match up He said it was my roof [redacted] RES worker, was able to straighten the panels in about hours He did a fine job He was not the original installer This proves his original installer did not have much experience As for the claim my wife worked for him is a joke He asked for some assistance for a home show My wife is very capable She helped him there No cost to [redacted] , no employment, no money Ask [redacted] to show a check that she worked for him I can show from a text messages that I have been asking for assistance on both the panel and the musty smell since last year I also have a phone message left by [redacted] that he himself stated the [redacted] the air conditioner guy doesn't keep to his warranty, that he does, and that he was going to hold money back from [redacted] on a new job (unrelated to mine) that he was going to have [redacted] do, till he fixed my air conditioner! I also checked city hall on 3/to find out if a permit was pulled for the amp service and mini split The clerk told me there was noneHe did pull one for the solar system The mini split and amp service was added later I am verifying this with the inspector I never asked for a discount I don't need one I just want the job done right One yelp there is another complaint that is similar to mine from someone in Warwick Funny, he promised cameras to them too I never asked for them, no big deal As regards the GFI, I had another company fix the problem I never a GFI breaker attached to the sub panel It went to my Jacuzzi, which has since been removed When his electrician installed the new panel, he made a simple mistake and put the wrong one in There are amp breakers in my panel One GFI and the other not Simple mistake I don't touch panels I had to have a company come and fix it because he lost his electrician I know because I talked to him You can too [redacted] , [redacted] Now he won't cover the cost He had another guy who he claims was an electrician come and look He was in a hurry because he was going to be late for class He was the one who put the disconnect in the on position outside and put others in danger Possibly death! It was [redacted] the electrician I hired who found it You can talk to him yourself [redacted] *** I am now in the process with a complaint with the RI Contractor Board This man must be stopped I have other information that I need to hold back for now I revealed much here already I already knew from the phone calls I received that this was going to be a long battle However, others must know Regards, [redacted]
