Renewal Bath

Contractor is very personable, excellent salesman. I liked the Bellissimo faux marble product he was showing at the Tampa Bay home show. Beware the contract - there is no timeline promise for delivery. It was 4 months before he had time to be back in touch. At that point, he decided his product wouldn't work in my bath (bath surround/countertop) and set me up for tile work instead. I was disappointed, but on reading others' complaints, consider myself lucky to have tile now instead of the product I signed for. He held me to the original price agreement despite the fact I was now getting tile (for which I would have paid less than half his price). The worker assigned to my job was a professional framer, not tile expert. Though a nice guy, he made a bit of a mess. Good thing my project accommodates a more 'rustic' look of imperfection. My feeling is this was an intentional bait and switch job.
