Renewal by Andersen of Nashville

We checked out numerous window companies for replacement windows. Spent over 18,000. on TEST windows for the side of the house with the company we thought we liked best. Install was a breeze, very professional, windows seemed fine, but not the look I wanted for the front of the house. We went with Renewal by Anderson for the front of the house. Very professional and nice salesperson named Doug here in Nashville. They quoted the install would take three days. Well, we have just completed a TWO WEEK install process that was disappointing from the moment the crew arrived! Our Renewal by Anderson windows seem like good quality. We would not recommend Renewal by Anderson to anyone due to the very poor installation process. After three days, we even complained and requested a new crew. We ask that if they had to send the same crew back, that they only work with a highly trained supervisor watching. Neither of these things happened. We endured two weeks of having to watch/inspect everything they did prior to them covering the inside up with trim and the outside with the aluminum. From the moment they arrived, they seemed unprofessional and not knowledgable about window installation. They even damaged the driveway upon their arrival with a low trailer. To say that we are disappointed in the poor quality, slow install is an understatement. We are presently waiting for a regional person to come look at the NUMEROUS empty screw holes on our finished windows. Not what we expected when we purchased Anderson.
