I would like to thank you for arranging to have your son meet [redacted] and myself on Tuesday February 25th to complete a throw assessment of your window and door project.

Today, we are submitting the request to order the 2 new gliding window’s, a new awning window, as well as new maple glass stop covers for each of the picture window’s and the specialty window.  The Renewal by Andersen manufacturing facility is confident that they can provide maple veneer replacement components for your picture windows.

We will have a confirmed arrival date of the new product by end of business March 11th. As soon as we receive the confirmation of product arrival to Phoenix we will contact you to schedule a reinstallation date of these new items, as well as, to correct any concerns for the moulding and trim around the doors frames

I completely understand and apologize for the in conveyance this project has caused. Our desire is to complete your project and then to address your request for a good-will compensation gesture for the challenges you have experienced on the project.

I would like to thank you for putting your trust in Renewal by Andersen of Phoenix (RBA) for the replacement of the windows and doors in your home. You made an excellent decision in selecting RBA and our 110 year history of...

providing only the best products and installation available in today’s market place.

I can completely appreciate and sympathize with your feelings, and I sincerely apologize for any stress and frustration this situation has caused. As we have discussed by phone, and also by text message, the subpar quality of the veneered product is a very unusual situation. Renewal by Andersen has allocated every resource necessary to identify what has caused this imperfection to appear in some of their manufactured veneered products.

We take full responsibility for any and all defective products, and will replace the defective product with zero expense to you. Renewal by Andersen manufacturing has been, and continues to work, to identify the root cause of this challenge. Once we have 100% confidence that the cause and remedy of the problem has been corrected, we will establish a timeline to replace any and all defective product on your project.

I appreciate you scheduling a time for us to meet on Tuesday Febuauary 25th, Renewal by Andersen’s National Service/Warranty Manager will be accompanying me to this meeting, as we continue to narrow [redacted]n the steps to resolve your project to your complete satisfaction.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

 This situation has taken much too long to resolve and has been costly and extremely inconvenient for me to deal with!  i.e. trips to Az., by me, my son, and daughter-in-law, for the last eight months to try to resolve the issues.  I would like to keep this dispute open until I am completely satisfied, as I have been promised by Anderson personnel, as well as monetary compensation from them, for the stress they have caused me!

Review: Ordered customer door on June 7, 2014. Contract provided for installation on August 15, 2014. Two days before installation received a call that the door would not be installed. Was ordered incorrectly. Expected me to wait another 9 weeks. They already received payment in full of $4,844.55. Operations Manager [redacted] assured me I would be compensated for having to day the day off ($200), I would received restaurant gift cards, and the new door would be installed on September 13, 2014. Never received the gift cards (had to send an email reminding him I did not receive them. Received voice mail message on September 3, 2014 from [redacted] stating she would be sending the gift cards and was confirming installation for September 20, 2014. This was not what was agreed upon. [redacted] was contacted, he is now saying he never agreed to the 13th of September installation. Advised him if the door is not installed on the 13th, that I would like $4,844.45 refunded in the way of a check plus the $200 for having to take a day off on the 15th of August.Desired Settlement: Want to receive a full refund plus $200 if the door cannot be installed on the 13th of September. Will not agree to installation after the 13th. They have had my funds for 3 months. I am done dealing with this company.

Review: I contracted, with Renewal by Anderson, to installed doors and win[redacted]s at my home at [redacted],[redacted],**. on October 17, 2013. The install took place on Dec. 16, 2013. By THEIR OWN ADMISSION, inferior product was used throughout the install. I have been assured that "the issues will be resolved to my satisfaction" with multiple conversations and texts with [redacted] the project supervisor and [redacted], the regional warranty representative. Their warranty representatives surveyed the install and took multiple pictures and agreed that all of the install needed to be replaced due to mfg. damaged product. I have paid in excess of $50,000.00 for their doors and windows in my home with a pledge from them of 99% satisfaction guarantee. I could not be more dissatisfied!Desired Settlement: I would like all of the inferior doors and windows replaced and financial compensation for the stress and money this install this has created for me!

Renewal by Andersen just installed the first half of the windows and patio door that we ordered. We were going to wait to do the rest of the windows at a later date, but we were so impressed with the quality of the product and the professionalism of the installation crew that we immediately ordered the rest of the windows. These windows are absolutely beautiful and energy efficient. There's just a different feeling in the rooms where these windows were installed. We were very impressed with everyone associated with this company from the salesmen to the schedulers and the measurement technician. The installation crew did such a fabulous job that all I had to do after they left was to enjoy the new windows. We even got a thank you note from the Operations Manager after the job was completed. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in quality windows.
