Review: We contacted Renewed Interiors when we had a sewer line in the basement fall off the wall. [redacted], the owner of Renewed Interiors called [redacted] Cleanup services and they came and did the cleanout. [redacted] attached $1600.00 to [redacted]'s bill for herself because she called the company. She sent her additional expense along with [redacted]'s $7600.00 bill to State Farm ins. co and it was rejected. Next, she wanted $5000.00 from us for a down payment, which we paid out of our own pocket. I was then told by my ins. company AND Umpqua Bank that this was inappropriate. Next: we received an estimate from her that showed double, triple and quadruple billing for each task. At that point we fired her. She never did any work for us. Instead of paying back the $5000.00, she kept $2200.00 of it for herself, citing payment for phone call, 3 home visits, and payment for her estimate, all of which we never knew about these charges, nor agreed to them. Finally, our insurance payment from Umpqua bank was slow in coming and [redacted] needed to pay [redacted] cleaning service, so she threatened to put a lean against our house. We then paid [redacted] of [redacted] his full price of $7600.00, wiping out our savings. Now, we are filing suit to get out $2200.00 back. What a pain.Desired Settlement: Out of our $5000.00 we need to pay Renewed Interiors $200.00 for a few supplies (3 pieces of sheetrock, 2 rolls of insullation and 1 small bucket of mud). She sent us a check for $2601.06. We wish to receive 2,199.00 that she stole from us.

We first hired Renewed Interiors to remodel our bathroom and were thrilled by the work that was done, the ethics of the contractor and workers, and the cost for the remodel. In fact, we have since referred them to four other families for various jobs including bedroom remodels, kitchen remodels, multi-room remodels and building an outdoor deck with a retractable awning. All those we referred to Renewed Interiors have been excited about the work done and agree that they are some of the best people they have worked with. I would highly recommend Renewed Interiors for any home improvement.

I hired Renewed Interiors to install LVT flooring throughout my home. Lori and Angelina kept me well apprised of my project details from the bid to the completion of installation.
The floor installers were professional and are very very good at what they do.

Absolutely the WORST business ever!! I ordered and paid for 8 pound carpet pad, they tried to install 6 pound pad. Put up drywall on an exterior wall with plumbing in the wall with no insulation. Put up hand rails unstinted/painted. Got glue all over the hardwood floors, gouged up the hardwood stair treads so bad that they have to be replaced. This is just the stuff I was able to catch. Who knows what they did when I wasn't there to "supervise" their shoddy work! They like to blame everyone else and not take responsibility for their unprofessional work.
