I tried to help our employee get an apartment at Eastway Apartments, Indianapolis He filled out the ap along with a $deposit After not giving him an answer for weeks they turned down for bad credit They had immediately cashed the check and informed him that he would get $after weeks keeping $for the credit check They were rude to him and to me when I tried to help get the money back After months I contacted them again and they said they would check and get back with me After months I contacted them again and they said they sent the check to some weird address that had no connection to the employee and said they would wait and see if the check was cashed before reissuing it so it would be another weeks They finally gave him the check after after almost 1/months The entire time the office staff was very rude and unprofessional

sans-serif; letter-spacing: -0.3pt;">Our records show that the roof was fixed on 7/11/This did take a little longer than we expected do to all the rain and the weather we have had recentlyAnother problem that we have had is that the residents never wanted anything fixed unless they were homeThis is very difficult when trying to get contractors out to a homeIn regards to the AC unit, this was checked again on 7/18/and everything was working properly and the duct was also in good shapeWith the heat we have had, the AC will run in the home until the temperature reaches the degrees the thermostat is set on, and then the unit will shut off until it is not that degree againAs far as the smell in the unit, maintenance was unable to locate a smellI have attached some closed work orders and pictures for your recordsIf needed, I can print off all work in orders in that home since move in which was on 9/1/Thank you and have a nice day!

They have not come back out to paint or spackle the ceiling in the laundry room, however; that is not a concern of mine. The maintenance guy that came out did smell the smell as well, but said there was nothing that could be done because it was in between the flooring. Therefore; nothing has been done about the smell to this day. Yes Mary was correct, we do not want anything being fixed while we are not home if they have to come into the house. We do not trust people we do not know inside our home when we are not there. Sorry if this is an inconvenience to them, however; there was no reason it should have taken almost 5 months to fix the roof.

I have attached a copy of the utility bills that shows there was a massive leak on the property. I spoke with the utility company and they came out to the apartment and determined that was a leak. It took about a week for the rental company to repair the leak. My average utility bill from September 14 - July 15 was $120. From the start of July my utility bill went up to an average of $230 until the water line completely broke. I have called several times to the rental company about a water leak prior to the line busting and they told me there was no leak. These bills show that there was in fact a water leak. I spoke to the utility company again and after my $170 that was applied to the final bill, it would still be over $400 and I will not pay that because I did not use that much water/electric. Please let me know what will be done about this.

No manager on site, frequent management changes, no maintenance in the years we've lived here. Health and safety concerns left unadressed. They allow big dogs in upstairs apartments that pee on the carpets and are very loud. Pet waste and broken glass abounds in the yards. High turnover rate of neighbors. Failure to provide a correct lease to be signed, failure to give written notices, documentation or receipts. Management lost/stole money order that we sent cetified mail and are trying to make us pay it again. I could go on...

Our records indicate that on 9/17/14 [redacted] [redacted] gave notice that they would be vacating the home they rented from us at the end of their lease on...

10/31/2014.The [redacted] left the keys on the kitchen counter and the front door unlocked. When we entered the home on 11/5/2014, we then took possession of the home, since the keys were left on the counter. Duke Energy stated that Mr & Mrs [redacted] had called and cancelled their services on 11/3/2014 and Duke Energy then put the services in Renewing Management's name. At that time we did take pictures and began our process of disposing of all abandoned items and noting any damage since we had keys and the residents had turned the utilities off out of their name.
I have an email from Duke stating when they turned off services, pictures of how the home was left, the intent to vacate and their Refunds & Forfeit, which I will be attaching.

Renewing Management has received a complaint from Revdex.com regarding [redacted]. She is disputing the amount of rent stated in her lease agreement. We did transfer Ms. [redacted] to a new unit due to maintenance issues. After going back and forth with Ms. [redacted], she finally decided that...

she would be willing to transfer into a new unit. Her lease agreement for the old unit was set to expire 9/30/2014. Since we performed the transfer, we did give Ms. [redacted] a $100 rent credit for an “Early Renewal Bonus”. With this credit, she would still be paying her rent amount from the old contract($449) until 10/1/2014. As of October 1st, she will be paying her new amount of $499.

we did not turn on keys in on the 5. We left a note stating we weren't done moving out on November 3 2014 and we would finish up in a couple days. Which meant we would be done by wed Nov 5. They knew my husband works and doesn't get off till 5. Which meant we would be over we'd evening to get the rest of our stuff and finish cleaning. They are not saying the same stuff they told me in emails. This email is totally different stuff than what I have in my emails.

I received your letter of the allegation today and I very much want to clarify the situation.
Our records indicate that on 6/29/16 [redacted] called in a work order that her Ac was out. A member of maintenance along with the Property Manager went to her home and the maintenance staff...

deemed the unit was working fine. On 7/5/2016 [redacted] called in a work order again for her Ac. The maintenance staff went and cleaned the coils and charged the unit. On 7/8/16 [redacted] called din another work order for her Ac and upon arrive the mainenance staff noticed all windows were open, patio sliding door open, patio sliding door open and Ac was off. Maintenance at that time turned on the Ac and checked the temp blowing out of all vents and made sure condensing unit was working. Maintenance did at that time let her know it would take approximate 1 hour per degrees for the home to cool down since the unit was off. Then on 7/11/2016 [redacted] called about AC again.Maintenance was there 2 1/2 hours checking all aspects of the Ac unit again. When they arrived she had her upstairs windows open. Miss [redacted] turns her Ac off when she leaves for work. She believes when she turns on the unit it should cool down immediately.
Attached you will find all the work orders and pictures of the reading throughout the Home. I hope you will be resolving this issue soon, If you need any additional information please let me know.
