RevDex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]Regards, [redacted] we did not turn on keys in on the 5. We left a note stating we weren't done moving out on November 3 2014 and we would finish up in a couple days. Which meant we would be done by wed Nov 5. They knew my husband works and doesn't get off till 5. Which meant we would be over we'd evening to get the rest of our stuff and finish cleaning. They are not saying the same stuff they told me in emails. This email is totally different stuff than what I have in my emails.
