Renna Landscaping Holdings Inc President William *. R. was interested in purchasing my home. He decided to do a few hours of clean up around my yard on his own. Then one day he came by and took apart my pool filter and in the process destroyed my $155 DE pool filter. I became upset with him because he just kept coming over and I haven't even sold the house to him. I finally told him I did not want to sell the house him. Note: there was no inspection or appraisal done. Well, William *. R. became upset and wanted $400 for the yard work he did that I never asked him to do. William *. R. pressured and bullied me on text for the money. So to get to go away and settle it, I sent him a check for $250. I subtracted $150 for my DE pool filter he destroyed. So a few days later My check was cashed and I thought all was good. Then in mid February my mailman came to my door and I signed for a certified letter, which was for a Document from the Pinellas County Court stating that Renna Landscaping Holdings Inc had put a $1,800 Lien against my Home and stayed it was for yard work. So I wouldn't sell him my house, so out of pure spite William H. Renna uses his company to put a Lien on my house. Pure and totally unprofessional and Fraudulent.
Other (requires explanation) I would like others to know that William *. R. is a very unethical person. I would like the Revdex.com to ask William *. R. to produce documents with my signature for said yard word. I also would like the Revdex.com is challenge his ethics and request that Mr. R. take the Fraudulent Lien off my Home. And reimburse me $150 for destroying my pool filter.
