RENNEN INTERNATIONAL RIPOFF BE AWARE!!! BAD WHEELS BAD WHEELS!!!
Purchased a set of wheels from RENNEN International, worst experience ever!!!

Wheels was purchase from Ryan H*** at *** location but oh my gosh the worst experience of my life, the worst customer service I received from this it ever!!
Ryan sold me a set of wheels with a defective stem holeTwo wheels leaking air from the silicon cause they were three piece wheelsBad workmanship, terrible quality
I had many concerns before my purchase, my gots keep saying no because all the bad reviews I read about Rennen

Ryan was so professional trying to sell me a set of wheels and was easy to reach over the phone but oh my gosh it was a complete different Ryan after the wheels was paid for especially when I reported
the defects to himHe became an extremely busy Ryan, .....i'm busy, i'm in a meeting, i'm driving to meet some customers for a big deal and so on."those are his words" Guys, i'm not considered a customer
anymore after he got my money and sent me a defective wheel and still wanted me to pay shipping a defective wheel I received from him
I asked for a supervisor over and over again and no supervisor to talk to, now i'm on my own....what a pain in the ***I kept calling over and over again, no one was able to help meI then asked
for the name of the owner of the business, the name was WEIZI added the owner weiz in some of my email communication with Ryan so he can intervene but he never didI sent him (the owner WEIZ) an email
with my phone number to call me with a brief explanation about the issue on hand which I knew he was aware but I did not get a call up to dateI sent the owner (WEIZ) a message at ***
and still no call or any response up to date
I finally decided to take a them to small claims court and I will update with outcome in the near future

Review: I ordered (paid in full) a set of Rennen R5 X Concave 22x9 and 22x11 Step Lip w/Flat Black Centers & Gloss Black Lip from Rennen International through D3 Custom Wheels and Tires on ** February 2015. I confirmed the style wheel I was ordering with the sales representative through pictures, order form that was submitted on their website in addition to verbal and written communication with the sales representative to ensure the exact product would be ordered. The estimated time for delivery for the wheels was 4-8 weeks. I did not receive the wheels until six months later and they were not the wheels that I ordered. The product I received from Rennen was not according to the custom specifications but rather the standard R5 wheel without extreme concave or step-lip modifications and did not have the custom SS center caps. The order form that D3 sent them is attached as a supporting document and I have already submitted a complaint concerning their business practices in this matter (Case# [redacted]) Instead I received a hook lip (which has step lip scratched out on the form I received from Rennen), non-concave standard R5 (which states extreme concave on the order form) and no center caps (which indicates custom SS caps on the order form). Prior to ordering I confirmed the product I was ordering on more than one occasion verbally and with photos with Derek Chisholm from D3. On ** September I was told by Joseph at Rennen that the picture was photo shopped and that the wheel could not be extreme concave on the front wheels due to the brake calipers. Be that as it may and I dont believe it to be true because I have seen cars on their website that have the same rims on the same type of car I have on both the front and rear tires on their website. I paid extra monies for the custom specifications and did not receive them and was not informed of any status of this nature for 5 months. I made various attempts to contact D3 weekly about my delayed status and began receiving frequent voice messages no matter when I called. On ** June 2015 I was told by Mike at D3 that my wheels had been done for a while but the custom center caps were the hold up. In addition to this I was told on * July that my wheels were done and that they needed to verify my address before shipping. While buying new tires at a local tire store (Discount Tires) I asked if they could check on my order from their phone because they were a vendor of Rennen. They then contacted Rennen for me and to our surprise we discovered that D3 was in the process of going out of business and that my wheels had been finished no later than the first week of July. Joseph at Rennen informed me that D3 had only paid them $1500.00 of the $5400.00 that I had paid in full back in February and that they would not ship the wheels until they received all the money from D3. Joseph also told me that Rennen did not receive the order from D3 for my wheels until June which was four months after I ordered them! Finally, I received the wheels in August. Be that as it may, they were the wrong wheels. I then contacted Rennen because I was not able to get in touch with D3 for the past four months. I began communicating with Joseph at Rennen and was told that the order was placed matched the product that was shipped. I requested the documentation for verification and at first he refused to provide it. Then I asked to speak with his manager and he stated that he was the manager. I certainly questioned him on this because the previous times I had spoken with him about my order he would say he had to speak with the manager and then put me on hold for up to a few minutes. When I mentioned this to him he said I am that manager! I contacted Joseph at a minimum of three times weekly to get an answer in regards to a solution to this matter. Each time I called I was told that he was not there and would be in later and would return my call or send me an email after talking to his manager and he never did. He requested information concerning my order so I provided him with email documentation which specifies what I ordered through D3 which My last attempt was immediately before submitting this request on ** September in which I was told that the wheels that I ordered was what was on the order form sent from D3 which is clearly not the case.Desired Settlement: Refund of full monies paid for product and shipping lables to return product at compnay expense.
