Reno Dumpster Rental Pros

I placed an order on Friday, June 3, 2016 for a dumpster to be delivered to my home address on Monday, June 6. I received a confirmation email that the dumpster would be delivered on the requested date. At 3pm on Monday, June 6, having not received delivery, I contacted the business and spoke to Ashley in dispatch who assured me that the dumpster was going to be delivered.The dumpster was not delivered on Monday, June 6. I attempted to contact all of the numbers listed, to include an "emergency number" that was advertised as a 24/7 service number. I was unable to make contact with anyone and did not receive any calls back until the following day.On Tuesday, June 7, I received a phone call from Bob who stated that the company had some trucks with maintenance issues so that is why the dumpster was not delivered.I received an email from Bob stating that he "assured" delivery would take place on Wednesday, June 8. At 11am on Wednesday, June 8, having not received the dumpster that I had been "assured" would arrive, I called the business to find out when it would be delivered. The man in dispatch that I spoke to said he would check and call me back.I called back at 12 noon, having not received a call back, and was placed on hold on two separate occasions for a period of 15 minutes. Fed up with the situation and the level of incompetence of everyone I spoke to at this business, I called back asking to speak to a manager.The woman I spoke to told me that there had been a "paper mix up" and I would not receive delivery of the dumpster (that had been "assured" for a Wednesday delivery) until the following morning - Thursday, June 9.Having zero confidence in this company's ability to fulfill the service that I had purchased, I demanded a full refund and informed them I would take my business elsewhere. I did receive a confirmation email that the refund was in process.I want to make sure that other citizens in the area know that this is not a reliable or competent business.Thank youProduct_Or_Service: Dumpster RentalDesired SettlementMy concern is that a business who lacks the concern for its customers and is not competent or capable of performing an advertised service will do the same to other potential customers in the future.This business falsely advertises same day service and excellent service when, in reality, it does not have the resources or ability to perform the advertised service.I want to make sure that the Revdex.com is aware in the event this is a systemic problem with this company.
