Reno Men's Club Reviews (1)

On the 16th of March 2016, I went to the Men's club also known as the French quarter club to have some fun. After a few minutes, I was approached by two show girls (strippers) and a guy. I wanted to watch the strippers but they forced me to the vip and asked me to sign the receipts that they brought saying I am using the vip section for the night. I refused, but they kept raising their voice. Being afraid, I signed the receipts hoping to dispute this later with my bank. As soon as I did, they worked away, and I was able to leave too. I went to this place: No service was offered. I had no issue with them. They charged me $652 on my credit card for no reason. I called the finance department for two days. She kept redirecting my call. Today, she told me that the amount wont be refunded. This place is a huge fraud.Desired SettlementI just want the $652 refunded to my credit card.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted], ControllContact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted] called to complain about his tab. One of my assistants spoke to him at 8 am and let him know we would not be in the office to look up his tab until 10am. He called back at 8:30 and claims we told him 8:30. I explained to him again we were not in the office, we were at the club until 10am. The office is in a different building than the club. When a guest chooses to go into a private "VIP room", they are required to sign our "currency authorization forms" that show they are agreeing to the price for the VIP room time. He had two Entertainers in the room. He signed 2 separate Currency Authorization Forms, totaled and signed his tab as well. When he called all he did was raise his voice and say "I want a refund" over and over again. The Entertainers keep 90% of the money generated in the VIP Room and have been paid. He received the services and had buyers remorse. He was helped by our head Maitre'd, [redacted], who has been here for over 16 years. This Guest is not being forthcoming about the charges, we have specific procedures in place to ensure the Entertainers, who are independent contractors, do not force Guests into anything. I tried explaining to [redacted] everything but he refused to listen. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I think they have an idea what is going on. When I called Jennifer, after mentioning my name and the reason why I was calling, She immediately became rude to me. And about the service? No service was offered. I was forced to sign documents I didn't know. When that happened, the girls walked out of the room. You guys should call the girls in and ask them questions. And you called them contractors: They are fraud. No service was offered. I am being truthful here. Please all I need is my refund. Please ma Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I never bought any dance on the dance floor. The only thing I bought was drinks. Of which I gave the drink girl $20 but she did not return my change, neither did I drink my drink. Your host had no idea. The girls must have told him that service was offered, but it wasn't. I will never try to defraud anyone just as I wouldn't want anyone to do the same to me. No service was offered. I can even take a lie detector test. Of course, neither will I let my hard earned money to go in vain.Final Business Response [redacted], I am not a fan of the back and forth either. If you were unhappy with the service, you should have brought it to the attention of the host that night. I spoke with your host and he re-confirmed you had VIP dances from two Entertainers as well as you purchased $20 tokens for dances on the main floor. I am sorry but we cannot give you a refund for services you signed for, not once, but three separate times. You agreed to the charges and legally you are obligated to pay. I cannot be responsible for your buyers remorse. I appreciate your service in the military but it does not give you the right to defraud an innkeeper.
