Attached are three of the many forms included with the deal Two plainly show the purchase price of the new vehicle and trade in value of the ***'s current vehicle at the time All figures agreed upon and signed off on by the ***s One form is a signed affidavit relinquishing Big O from any responsibility for items left in the customers trade Obviously the ***s knew and understood the process at the time, but have since become confused by the many parts of the deal Several managers have tried to talk to and walk the customer through the process again, but they do not want any explanation Instead they want to accuse Big O of wrongdoing which is very apparently not the case Let me know if I can provide any more assistance in the matter Thank you

I rest my case

The customer's vehicle has been repaired and the customer knew that it would take some time to do so The customer has an aftermarket warranty that did take some time to facilitate the repair as well Big O offered as a goodwill gesture to help customer with some of the rental bill due to the length of time the repair took that was no one's actual fault but just a product of the situation Customer has been nothing but rude and unreasonable in their demands Customer refuses to return rental car and pick up their vehicle, and that is only resulting in more rental days being racked up on their bill Due to refusal of Big O's offer the goodwill offer has been retracted Customer is responsible for their portion of the bill that the warranty company did not pay as well as the portion of the rental car bill that the warranty company will not pay

We understand the customers complaint and have spoken to both the customer and FCA(corporate) about it The customer was told that if they didn't want to trade the vehicle towards the purchase of a new vehicle then they needed to follow the proper channels to have FCA address their concerns as the manufacturer of the vehicle Big O DCJR is not responsible for the unwanted characteristics of the vehicle

We can only replace parts that [redacted] will authorize us to replace We hate that she is having the issue with the vehicle, but if we cannot duplicate the problem then we have nothing to fix We did tell the customer to try to come by when the vehicle was acting up and maybe that way we could find the issue at that time She is also welcome to take it to another [redacted] dealer for a second opinion

All work done at Big O Dodge was done with the consent of *** ***. We were given conflicting information from the shop that dropped it off and then again from Miss ***. The customer and her boyfriend abuse the car. Her mother and the mechanic from the "friend's shop"
both told us that. It is not surprising that the car is ticking and has damage underneath. This was the vehicle's first visit to our shop. The vehicle was not running when it was dropped off to us, and we only fixed and replaced parts that the customer agreed to pay for ahead of time. The customer did not contact us with any issues after picking up the vehicle. We first heard of any additional "problems" when she slammed us on social media and the Revdex.com contacted us. Big O did nothing wrong and all work was approved ahead of time by the customer. We even gave her a discount solely for customer satisfaction. We will not be refunding any money to Miss ***

*** owns a Dodge Dart that has 54K+ miles on it and thinks that every part of the car should be covered under warranty. I am under the impression that the car has some Powertrain Warranty coverage still left, but that only covers specific components within the powertrain of the
vehicle. She was really rude to my service advisor and my service manager. I really don't know what she expects to happen in this situation. If she wants the car fixed it is going to cost her some money

We tried to work with J*** on the matter. She has been nothing but rude and unwilling to work towards a solution the entire time. She owns an older high mileage vehicle, and has unreasonable demands. Unfortunately she has helped to produce the situation she is now in despite our best efforts

When it comes back that my car was never properly fixed if it were ever You are will be seeing me again

[I called big o dodge the day it stopped working the lady at the desk told me I could have it towed to them but I would be charged once again so I did not take it there because the last time I did that I got ripped off because they did not fix what was wrongI did specifically ask them to look at the key and my sister is my witness cause she heard me it was when I let them know it was being towedI also called their corporate officeSo that is not the last time they heard from me that was only the last time *** heard from me.]

*** *** We have not heard anything regarding the Dealership making contact or speaking with FCA regarding our complaintWe have contacted corporate ourselves regarding the issueWe did express to Big O Dodge that we wanted to trade the vehicle towards a different truck, however they are not willing to give us back anything we've put into the vehicle! The part that's frustrating regarding this ordeal is that we have addressed this on numerous occasions with Big O, and when we threatens to follow this as a Lemon Law CaseThen in one more recent contacts (In October), that they then suggested contacting corporate and fighting it as a Lemon going thru the Lemon Law processBig O Dodge is just as responsible as corporate because they sold us the vehicle and never tried to resolve the issue! Thank YouMr and Mrs ***

Customer had their car towed in for the first time ever to our dealershipThey told us nothing about the other shop working on itThe vehicle did not have enough electrical power to even turn the engine overWe checked the battery and it needed to be replacedCustomer approved work and we
replaced batteryVehicle would then crank up and drive just fineCustomer picked up vehicle and drove it awayThat is the last time we heard from them until now

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintBig O Dodge once again is being dishonest and I have documentation to support, I was give a 2-day repair time and my extended warranty stayed on top of everythingAfter I notified my extended warranty company that Big O Dodge stated the reason why my car sat so long was due to them, my extended warranty company provided date and times in regards to when that spoke with Big O Dodge, this accusations lead to my extended warranty company removing Big O Dodge as an authorized service provider for Route membersAlso, I was originally quoted $as my responsibility but after days of having the vehicle and receiving notification that I had filed an complaint per Big O Dodge my responsibility is $and apparently increasing by the day per their responseBig O Dodge is dishonest, unprofessional and their service department is horribleI was never notified by them at all, I had to call to inquire the status of the vehicleI have notified Dodge manufacturer company in regards to this matter as well, especially due to the mechanical issue. *** *** Mr*** just got involved with the issues at hand October 27th, He said his dealership/service department manager *** was aware of the problem, but said that he wasn't up to that pointHe never once told my wife nor myself if she was not satisfied with their offer regarding the trade of the truck to contact FCAMy wife have left messages since November 1st 2015, on Mr *** *** voice mail asking him to please return her call, and he has not done so yetAlso to tell a lie and say that they have assisted us (The ***), on multiple occasions trying to address our concerns with the truck? We would like to know at least one time, since they say multiple times, that they assisted us in trying to address our concernsTell us just when this time took placeIn their response he said "characteristic of the vehicle and that his wife drives one that does the exact same thing"? Who's wife are they referring to? My wife drives a Mercedes Benz and a Lincoln, not a truckSince they want to lie about things, our next and future steps will be getting the media involved, starting with channel I'm pretty sure once we bring attention to what's going on, there will be a lot more people to come forth with the same issues and concerns.Thank You MrAnd Mrs***

This is not true because I personally spoke with Mrs*** and told her that if she was not satisfied with our offer to trade their vehicle in on the purchase of a new truck then they should contact FCA themselvesAny type of "money back" situation would be between the Glazes and FCA...not Big OBig O is not responsible as we are a franchised dealer of FCA productsWe sell the vehicles...we do not build the vehiclesFurthermore, we have assisted the Glazes on multiple occasions trying to address their concerns with the truckThe factory representative acknowledged the condition they have issue with as being a "characteristic of the vehicle" and that his wife drives one that does the exact same thingAny further action or discussion should take place between the customer and the manufacturer

Its [redacted] and no I do not accept the response. First if you are not the service manager or the service advisor I had to deal with for a week you dont know what you're talking about. Secondly I was lied too not once but twice. I didnt have a problem paying for what was going on if I was properly diagnosed. THE FIRST DIAGNOSIS WAS A GEAR SHIFTER ACTUATOR WHICH WAS SAID TO BE REPLACED BUT THE SAME ISSUE IS STILL FAULTY IN MY CAR. ALSO SAID THE BATTERY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED... IT WAS AND THE ISSUE STILL OCCURED. YOUR SERVICE ADVISOR LIED AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE BECAUSE SHE DIDNT WANT ME TO TALK. IF THATS ME BEING RUDE CALL IT WHAT YOU WILL. SHE HAD NO RIGHT TO BE FRUSTRATED ITS NOT HER CAR BUDDY. THERE WAS NOTHING FOR ME TO PAY FOR. MY CAR LEFT WITH MORE PROBLEMS THAN IT WENT IN WITH WHICH IS DOCUMENTED. ILL MAKE SURE I REACH OUT TO NEWS CHANNEL TO GET MY POINT ACROSS BETTER

Originally in the negotiation process the customer was told that the new vehicle payment would be $381 per month.  After the trade in of their current vehicle the payment went down to $369 per month.  The customer knew this and signed off on the deal.  Everything was fine.After...

the fact they got confused and accused us of not accounting for the trade in the deal.  We gave them good money for their trade that was in less-than-desirable condition.   This was laid out plainly on the buyer's order that the customer signed.  Buyers order can be provided if necessary.  The customer has their signed copy of it in their deal packet.
