I told the Finance Manager [redacted] that I wanted a payment date of 15th of each month, then [redacted] told me once I make the first payment with [redacted] the payment due in March 2016 I could call [redacted] directly and request a change on payment date. When I call [redacted] they told me I could don?t that because contract was directly with Reno Tahoe Auto Group and they were the only ones who could do that. I explain to [redacted] that I was told by [redacted] at Reno Tahoe Group that I could go to them directly. [redacted] told me that [redacted] should have request that payment date when he submitted my application and that I shouldn?t have sign anything until we agreed on payment date. I tried to call [redacted] at Reno Tahoe Auto Group on 3/14/2016 instead they had me talk to a [redacted] at Reno Tahoe Auto Group and explain to him what [redacted] told me and he said he would check into it and call me back and he never called me back so I called back on 3/15/2015 and this time I got a hold of [redacted] and told him what [redacted] told me and he said he would look into it and would call me back and never did. So I call back on 3/16/2016 and got hold of [redacted] again and said he forgot call me back. He explain to me that [redacted] had changed the way they process their loan. I hold him that he was the one that told me that could change payment after I made the first payment and he said I know I told that but I can?t do anything about the I told him that [redacted] said that they were the ones who could change payment date. [redacted] keep saying that they couldn?t do that the only thing they could do is refinance van that would make my rating go low, I told him didn?t want them messing up my credit rate and that I wanted them to fix the payment date I original wanted. He manager said all he could do was to give me free oil change or detailing. I told him that wasn?t going to fix issue with the payment date I wanted of the 15th.Account_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI all I want is the payment date that I wanted in the begging and have Reno Tahoe Auto Group take on the financial burden to fix this issue that would not affect my credit rating. We found out upon speaking to [redacted], that [redacted] does not offer the one time payment date. Had we of known this, we could have made the necessary changes. It is unfortunate that this occurred, as we value our customers and try to accommodate their needs. [redacted] our General Sales Manager, did speak to [redacted] and tried to help alleviate [redacted]'s situation, offering a complimentary oil change, detail, and also offered to make his first payment as a courtesy to help him financially. [redacted] declined and said that there was nothing we could do to make things better and that all he was going to do was go to the Revdex.com and file a complaint. In this scenario we weren't able to come to a mutual agreement as our customer felt there was absolutely nothing we could do to accommodate him.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Because [redacted] never offered to make my first payment, that statement is not true. He only offer a complimentary oil change or detail he never offered to my make first car payment, and really didn't offer anything to fix payment date issue I have with them. Hate when some lies about offering to make the first car payment to make up for the mistake they made when I was told by Izzy I that would able to change the payment date with Western.Final Business Response After reading the initial complaint, all people involved in this scenario were called into a meeting to discuss the incident that occurred when [redacted] called the dealership. At no point, would it be necessary for any one at our dealership to lie.This is a situation where,unfortuanley, we aren't able to come to a resolution. We wish [redacted] all the best.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)At this point I see that Reno Tahoe Auto Group will never admit that they did anything wrong. Reno Tahoe Auto Group claims that all the lenders allow their customer to change payment date one time throughout the duration of their loan, [redacted] at [redacted] Credit Union says not true and that in there loan agreement that payment date request need to made at the time of loan request not after and this has been in their policy for a long time. Reno Tahoe Auto Group claims that [redacted] their General Sales Manager had offered to make a car payment to resolve the issue and that is not true because if had at that time we would not be here filling a complaint with Revdex.com, All that was offered at that time was a free oil change or detailing. All I want at this point is to have Reno Tahoe Auto Group is to make two car payments to resolve this issue and to provide proof that payments were made.

I purchased a vehicle from Reno Tahoe Auto Group and traded in a vehicle on 07/27/2014. They called me and wanted me to sign new paper work because the interest went up 4% I advised them to get my loan purchased with the contract I signed. I reached out to the DMV Enforcement and they told me my rights. In the meantime they came on my property on 08/11/2014 @ 4:15 pm and drove off in the car because they could not get financing on the contact I signed. My vehicle is still on their lot and they did not notify me by mail only left threatening messages on 08/10/2014 that they will be repossessing the vehicle at my expense. [redacted] was not professional in any way. When I spoke to the rep at Great Basin Credit Union she approved the loan on a SUV well guess what I didn't test drive any SUVs I traded one in. Sounds like they made a BIG mistake and now they are going to pay the price.Product_Or_Service: CarDesired SettlementThey need to pay to have my vehicle registered, smog checked and the down time I did not have a vehicle because they are refusing to deliver my vehicle.
