My brand new propane tanks were stolen from our new camper in this gated and supposedly monitored facility I simply asked for the company to replace my tanks and was told no by a very rude regional manager Very bad customer service and no consideration of our request We were under the impression that the entire facility was monitored by cameras and found out that the front gate was the only area monitored
