It is a white all season room built under an existing roof on an existing concrete porch slab with a Zoneline H/C unit. The vault under this slab is an abandoned cistern. There is an entry door in the center...

of the long wall. It is our standard procedure to install wood 2x backing to the aluminum framework of the sunroom to install the wood jambed entry door. This wood jab has in the past been replaced. Because the underside of this slab is hollow, the concrete becomes very cold. The warm air in the room condenses on this cold surface around the perimeter (sweats). This moisture is drawn up into the wood jambs and may cause them to rot. I investigated the customer complaint on 3/20/15 and found that the area at the base of the door was moist but there was no rotted wood. We sealed the corners of the room at this time because the cauld had cracked a bit.Because this slab is a cistern cap it is going to be more exposed to cold than a slab that is not hollow underneath and will be more likely to form condensation. Because there is no way to insulate this floor, this is a circumstance that is not under our control.Sincerely,

We have reached out to Mr. [redacted].  The new sash has been ordered and we are waiting for it to arrive so that we can get Mr. [redacted] taken care of.  We are very sorry for the delay.

Champion did install the guards yesterday and they look fine. They also made improvements to the appearance of the gutters. I  am happy with the outcome. Thank you very much for the followup.

Mr. [redacted] will not answer or return any of our calls or messages.  We have gone by the home and left a door hanger asking for him to call us back. We would like to get the problem resolved, but given the fact that we are unable to communicate with the customer, we are at an standstill....

We have already resolved Mr. [redacted]'s complaint.  He was not happy that he could see his gutter hangers due to the low elevation of his home.  We are putting gutter helmet over top so that he does...

We are expecting to receive his new window sash this week.  As soon as we get it in we will get it replaced.

[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The sash supposedly has been ordered, no completion date ,no promise date. Just we will call when it comes in. They did bring out a sash to install and did so, but it was the wrong size and was taken out and the old sash reinstalled. They also broke a lock on the same window,  and at present do not know how to order the replacement part! It has gone from bad to worse. EIGHTEEN weeks in!!
