I was extremely happy & satisfied with the work performed on our mighty mule gate opener. Scott had a timely response to the repair needed & a very reasonable service call. I would recommend him for further work.

I made several calls today to garage door repair companies. 3 or 4 didn't answer (voicemail), 1 told me I would have to wait until 3-5pm, another told me next day ... but [redacted] from Renova LLC was at my house within an hour (exactly when he said we would be). Not only did he replace my cable which had twisted within minutes, he offered sound maintenance advice and was very pleasant and honest. In addition, compared to phone quotes with other companies, he was the cheapest! Thank you so much for fixing my door!!! Great job!!!

We live in Chandler, AZ and have had two garage door instances over the past two years - each at Christmas. The first year, I tried to resolve the issue myself as my husband was at work and I was trying to get myself to work and the kids to school, but I ended up in the ER with a sliced fingre and multiple stiches. Before I got home from the ER, my husband had called and they were at our house fixing the garage doors. They were fast, efficient, friendly and affordable. Then, again this December, my garage door went off track and we called next morning - they were out within a couple of hours and again had the issue fixed... (I have very busy boys who like to hang on and play with garage doors). They again were fast, effiecient, friendly and affordable. We are very appreciative of the service they offer - including additional home services I am looking forward to using. Thanks so much!
