Renovatia did a major renovation to one of my rental properties. The square footage increased from 980SF to 1850SF, and included a new master suite, living room area, bathroom and utility room.
The project was done on schedule, except for 2 unavoidable & reasonable weather delays. (Footers cannot be inspected if it rains, nor the foundation laid.) Even though the initial schedule was quite aggressive, [redacted] and his team met that schedule.
One bored / nosy neighbor called city inspectors after most inspections with questions, called OSHA "just to be sure" and filed a baseless complaint about the set-backs. [redacted] handled her meddling and un-pleasantries with grace.
I cannot imagine a smoother experience and better result!
