I like to thank [redacted] and [redacted] for the beautiful transformation to my home in California [redacted] and the renovation team went above and beyond, knowing that we were in a time crunch and moving to Texas [redacted] took the helm as soon as we vacated the homeTalking to [redacted] and [redacted] was like talking to my brother and sister, they are very down to earth and very easy to speak to, I had no worries and felt that my home was in very good hands***, [redacted] and the renovation team are professionals and loyal to their clients, they were always keeping us informed, and always asking our well beingworking with [redacted] and his team never felt like business, it felt like visiting old friendsThank you ***, [redacted] and your teamJob well done

We purchased our home one year ago from a seller who used Renovation Realty and we couldn't be happierI wanted to wait to write a review until we had owned the home for a while so could see how the renovation held upThey had done a complete remodel and guaranteed their score of work for one yearWell its one year later and the home still looks and feels brand newRenovation Realty's work was all well done in a processional mannerI would definitely recommend using Renovation Realty if you are buying or selling a homeThey are easy to work with and very professional

I really enjoyed working with Renovation Realty to get my mom's house sold They were timely, responsive, professional & very easy to work with [redacted] was wonderful at navigating through the rough spots during escrow I would highly recommend Renovation Realty and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Renovation Realty is fabulousI had to sell my childhood home when my dad died and not only did my siblings and I profit an additional $150k+, but they took all the worries and decisions out of updating and renovating the houseAnd as the real estate agent, they were motivated to complete the work quickly and for the most valueHaving the cost of all the work come out of escrow in the end was the only way we could have done this because there was no cash available to pay for all the work that was neededA full renovation took only days and we closed escrow a month laterEveryone at Renovation Realty is super friendly and obviously takes a lot of pride in their workI did not have one complaint or one negative experience from the first phone call to the closing of escrowNo matter the situation I would recommend them to anyone

My overall experience with Renovation Realty has been very positive A few months after our Dad passed away, my Sister and I met with Keith for recommendations of what we should do as far as minor improvements on the home in order to sell it and receive the most profit Keith was always more than accommodating as far as meeting us at our convenience and walking us through every step along the way All the workers were very professional, friendly and politeThis company really does do it allFrom moving unwanted items in the home, to following through on any issues that may arise, to seeing that the house is cleaned and ready for listing and sale, they really made a difference in the whole processIt is a huge relief to have them coordinate everything so I could focus on other issuesRenovation Realty made a difficult situation much easier

When the time came to sell our parents' home, it seemed an overwhelming task Our parents were the original owners of the house They had bought it over years ago The house needed a lot of attention and TLC to maximize its value My brother and I decided the job was more than we could handle so we called Renovation Realty which turned out to be a wonderful and wise decision Our team at Renovation Realty was there with us every step of the way They made an impossible task become an amazing reality Within three months of starting the renovation, the house was completely redone from top to bottom, listed on the MLS, sold after the first open house, and escrow closed in a timely fashion Thank you Renovation Realty!!

A very courteous, friendly and helpful team

I had heard about Renovation Realty (RR) via radio and internet ads and had not given it much thought other than it sounded like a cool concept In June I made the decision to sell my property which was in pretty good shape but was in need of some minor improvements/modernization I contacted RR and gave them specifics of my situation a few days later [redacted] and [redacted] came to my property to meet with me After walking the property they gave me their honest opinion and followed up a few days later with a formal proposal Their approach was very straight forward, professional and easy to understand They did not up-sell or recommend any extensive non-essential repairs They proposed only doing what was necessary in order to achieve the biggest return on the investment The actual renovation cost only came out to be $4, They went on to outline their proposed listing price which was actually a significant amount higher than what I had expected to list it for They were confident that based on the renovations and what the comps were showing that their proposal was attainable So we were all in agreement and we moved forward Their renovation crew began work on the date that I had set and they worked around my schedule without any problems Interaction with construction crew/foreman was pleasant and non-stressful They arrived early and cleaned up before leaving…If you’ve ever worked with a contractor, you’ll know how big of a deal that is for having someone who is respectful of your time and home The work was completed within the anticipated time frame of just under a week There was actually an issue with one of the items and they came back out the next day, no questions asked, to correct the problem Their work comes with a warranty and they stand behind it From there RR shifted from renovation to the full service realty aspect of their business RR sent out a cleaning crew to spiff the entire place, followed shortly thereafter by a professional photographer Working with [redacted] we discussed and agreed to the timeline for listing my home along with all of the specifics for showing [redacted] was very easy to work with and responded to all my questions in a timely manner They were very conscientious of my personal schedule and always made sure to coordinate with me prior to showings (as I was still living there) My home was only on the market for eight days before I accepted an offer From there, [redacted] and their transaction coordinator, [redacted] handled everything that came up within the interactive paperwork process They kept me in the loop at every turn and took time to explain things to me that I didn’t understand (which was a lot when it comes to the plethora of real estate/escrow/title documents) Long story short, I closed escrow in under days I will admit that I was initially dreading the sale of my home as this was the first time I have ever done so I cannot say enough how easy the process was I was very impressed at how smoothly it all went I attribute this to [redacted] and his team at RR I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone I know who may be in the market to sell their home, especially one that needs a little help They do business in an honest and straightforward manner They didn’t pressure me at any point in the process to do something I didn’t want to I felt like a valued customer to them and it’s hard to find a business that will treat you that way nowadays I give them two thumbs up, gold stars or any other accolade and praise there is to give!

The renovation was done on time; we were kept informed of the progress for each major step The restored house included features that increased the value of the property And, there were no cost overruns

Amazing transformation of my house! Art and the Renovation Realty team went above and beyond what was expected on my job I have to say that I've known Art for appox years, that probably was my deciding factor to have them do the job because Art is very honest, professional, loyal and the hardest working man I know He's a keeper [redacted] ! From beginning to end of the job Art was upfront with everything big and small If I had any questions know matter how silly I thought they were he would explain in detail The listing, staging, showing and selling went so smooth and quick I couldn't believe it As with the Escrow, thank you Alicia I will refer Art and Renovation Realty everytime I get the chance Thanks so much!!!!!
