July 29, My company, Renovations Company, Incwas contacted by *** *** of *** *** Property Management on December 12, for an electrical repair at *** ***, Mechanicsburg, PAThe tenant lost electric in the bedroom, hallway and bathroomI dispatched my
electricians to repair the problem; which they didI billed Angela our hourly rate of $45/hrfor electrical work.Our agreement with *** *** Property Management and other management companies is that we bill them an hourly rate for repairs unless they specifically request a bid for an itemI do not pay a “fee” to those companies for their service work as is stated in the letter from *** ***I have never met *** *** and have only spoken to her on the telephone on several occasions when she has called to question the invoice she received from *** *** I provided a written explanation to *** *** (which is attached) asking for payment in full which she did comply with*** *** states that she hired another electrician to come out and determine if Renovations’ bill was accurate and *** *** is claiming it is notHer electrician’s opinion is based on work that was already completedThe electrician did not go through the entire process of driving from Harrisburg to Mechanicsburg, going through an entire house looking for a solution to an electrical problem that was difficult to findThe additional repairs that *** ***’s electrician noted are not a health or safety issue in my opinionRenovations Company was there for a specific problem which we corrected*** *** hired *** *** Realty Property Management to take care of her propertyShe states in her letter that she does not like the way things were handled and that she should have been notified; this is between her and the company she hiredIf *** *** has an issue with how things were handled she should be contacting Central Penn Realty Property ManagementYou may want to contact *** *** at Central Penn Property Management to get her opinion of *** *** and ***’s past dealings with ***My company, Renovations Company, Inc.has been working for property managementcompanies and realtors for over years in the Central PA regionRenovations Company offers quality service at an affordable priceI responded to *** ***’s accusations in a professional manner and followed up with a written explanation in a timely fashion*** *** could have chosen not to pay the invoice, but she did pay it in full.I have done all the explaining I feel is necessary to this customer and I stand behind the work that was done by my company and the amount that was charged 100%Sincerely,
