He solicited me to help him with his proposed renovations to his home including design, as built plan, preliminary plan, price out and quote his job He was told what the design/drafting fees would cost, which he agreed to He was told how the process works, which he understood We both signed the agreement that states: "All fees are to pay for this process & are non-refundable!"
