The Transfer Group will reimburse the client for the maintenance fees that were paidOn the third section of the contract that Ms [redacted] initialed and signed, it states the following; "After the days and all parameters have been met, The Transfer Group LLC will take responsibility for your maintenance fees if the transfer is not completeWe ask that if you receive a maintenance fee bill in this instance, please mail the original invoice to usIf your payment is drafted automatically by your resort, please continue this payment method to ensure all payment due dates are metSend proof of payment to our office for reimbursement" For the client's protection and to ensure proper payment processing through each resort, the client continues to pay their maintenance feesOnce the process has past the days and met the necessary qualifications, the client is reimbursed by TTGProof of payment is required for reimbursementThe Transfer Group will reach out to Ms [redacted] to discuss this and to clarify any misunderstandingWe appreciate Ms [redacted] 's time and look forward to talking to her soonI have provided the documents that Ms [redacted] signed

We worked on the vehiclewarranty was mths pastdid not see carout of townthis guy called at least times over and over calling are secretary the [redacted] word a mechanic same word and my self.we put cyl heads at least a year and a half ago and he burned them againcompany we bought heads from had one year warrantythis guy kept insisting we needed to buy him headscan't do thathe needs to learn to take care of his autocar had very little mileage when he burned it upsorry for his mishaps.we owe him nothingwould of helped him if he had asked instead of calling names and threatening people.has no warranty

I am rejecting this response because: Though response given by the Transfer group is favorable as I do want and will accept the full refundThe response does not address the portion of the entire claim, more specifically, the timeshare that has already been transferred into my name and the maintenance fees that go along with itI ask the Transfer group for the following to close this claimA full refund for the purchase of the timeshare $1,which has been offered by The Transfer Group and accepted by me, Payment pendingA refund for the $for the two maintenance fees I have already paid and confirmation that any future maintenance fees that I incur until the ownership is transferred back to the Transfer Group will be shouldered or reimbursed by the Transfer GroupA confirmation that the 154,of the 308,000 points that have already been transferred into my name will be transferred back to the Transfer group at the Transfer Group's expense. With confirmation from the Transfer Group that these items will be taken care of, I will sign off on this claim as closed

The Transfer Group has refunded the purchase price back to the *** in the amount of $1,on January 9, due to delays by the seller. The ownership never processed into the clients name with ***. I reach out to the Transfer Group was told to faxed the information to a Robert. They haven't respond to me at all in over months. I left numerous of call and have not receive any call back for anyone. They are playing games with me and I now feel that they are scanning me. I have been receiving negative from them since I sign the paperwork. Nothing they stated or doing is what was told to me. This company is not doing what is right and everyone always stating I sorry we didn't call you back. What would it talk to end this business relationship, because I feel they are not being honest with me. When I question something that didn't do, the first thing they stated see the paperwork that you sign. The company is not great in doing what they stated that will be done

The Transfer Group (TTG) has been in contact with Mr. [redacted] on multiple occasions. Beginning December 1, TTG ordered the paperwork from [redacted]. Communication began with Mr. [redacted] on January 2, with a status update and a timeframe. On January 16, TTG received the documents to move...

forward with the process.  January 19, Mr. [redacted] responded to TTG acknowledging receiving the paperwork. The final paperwork was submitted on January 23, along with the update to Mr. [redacted]. Both TTG and Mr. [redacted] have worked together to fulfill their agreement. The Transfer Group considers this complaint resolved. We appreciate Mr. [redacted]'s business and look forward to future communication with him. Thank you!

We have tried to make contact via telephone, and left messages. The timeshare company rejected the request to transfer, requesting more info. We have provided them with the info however the process will take another 90 to 120 days.We are refunding the $210.50 however the transfer...

We received a notice that we did not provide enough information about our transaction.On 11/29/17, we entered into a transaction to turn in our timeshare. We paid over $6000 to [redacted] to process the transaction and sent all of the necessary...

paperwork as requested. We have heard not back from anyone and though they e-mail us that they will have the project manager call us, we have yet to hear from anyone. It has now been over 3 months and we have not heard about an updated status of the transaction.We are feeling like we got scammed and our concerned that neither [redacted] are legitimate companies. Have you had any other complaints about either of these companies.[redacted]
