This is just absolutely not true! Unfortunately the clients misunderstood both my role in their project as well as the structure of my companyI attempted to explain this and was rejected with an email stating that any conversations would be mute and my only option was to refund them moneyI
responded that I believe I did fulfill my services and therefore did not feel comfortable returning any money, as my services were used and my portion of the project was already completed before I heard any complaintsI have been involved with over projects in the last years and have not had a single complaintUnfortunately, I believe this client to be impossible to please
