Renown did an amazing job for us. It was the first time we put a new roof on a house and the experience was so painless. Erika and Rob came out and worked with our insurance adjuster and sat down with us and explained everything. The roof was installed in one day and before they left they cleaned every bit of mess from the yard. The guys that did our interior painting (we had a leak as a result of the storm) and exterior painting did such a good job we hired them to do some painting for us. Thanks Renown! We have already recommended them.

Renown has replaced roofs on two of my properties. Their employees are courteous, professional, and meticulous from start to finish. [redacted] follows through on every detail and works with the HOA and insurance company , making roof replacement easy on the homeowner.

From the start, I should've been worried. I received a bid for the roof from an individual company at $5600. The bid I received from Renown was $11,114.96. But they promised the moon and a 50 year warranty.
They promised a English-speaking foreman would remain on the job the entire time. Not true. They promised they would cover my landscaping while doing the job, Not true. Dumped the shingles off the back of the house onto yard. I would expect that on the $5600 job not on one more than double.
They said every entry on my roof, flashings, etc would be replaced with upgraded steel, they repaired some. They are asking for final payment on a roof that is still not complete. They said they would change downspouts as included, then charged and fought taking them off. I've received no itemized bill, only invoice with 20% GC fee that is added at 25% math. I have the Permit on the repair to the house in my name. The OM constantly says she is putting money in my pocket, while cheating the pants

Renown took out the guess work and walked us through every step. They were generous with information and answered all of our questions. Renown personnel were thorough in managing our expectations, and their performance was above-board. Early on, I had a choice and was pleased that I went with renown. While the crew was working o my home, I was able to observe the company I almost hired work on a neighbor's home across the street. The other company's contractors were loud, disrespectful and unprofessional. I was very grateful it was the renown crew I had allowed into my home. In the end Renown kept their word and cost was exactly what they promised... well... actually it was $50 less they they had estimated. Not only would I re-hire renown, I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is in need for any roofing, repair or renovation project.

Renown Roofing performed an above satisfactory job in replacing our roof. [redacted] took the time to inform us of various needs such as not to cross vent and the need for additional soffit venting. The other companies bidding failed to recognize these needs and would have decreased the energy efficiency of the roof. The supervisor and crew worked well together and respected our property. I would definitely recommend Renown Roofing to friends and neighbors.

From start to finish it was great. They were friendly, helpful and easy to work with. They were professional and everything was completed in a timely manner.
