to the vehicle owner we offered to bend the fender to help with his ingress and egress and with the fitment of the aftermarket front bumper cover. We fully explained to the vehicle owner that these "repairs" were temporary fixes and that he was in an automobile collision and other parts were damaged. He was aware of this and thanked us for the extra no-cost work. Since we received your letter, we reached out to [redacted] to try to continue to help him. He returned our call, stated that he took our advice and got his fender replaced and the problem has gone away. This further enhances our belief that we gave him the correct advice.Regards,Ren's Auto
