Rebecca came in and was told the wrong information by our sales personWe could have taken the lease back inAs per the disposition fee that she states that she was forced to pay it clearly states in the contract that fee is due when turning in the vehicle and we can not waive that or pay it for herThe sales manager called her times on 11/at 10:an and 12:pm also on 11/14/ at 1:22pmIn the sprit of offering good customer service we gave her a customer appreciation card that offers her Free Oil changes Tire Rotations and New York State inspections

This is becomming a waste of my time. I bought tires this weekend and they stated that the front tires were just past being legal. Since I was informed this (note: I never stated that I was haveing an issue with Rensselaer Honda) I bought 4 tires for my Honda. The price I paid was quite lower than I was quoted and were better tires then the Dealership. Based on the price I paid Rensselaer Honda could have except my offer of me buying two and them and basically come out even. As many of my co-workers and Family stated that will not ever do Business with Rensselaer Honda, and nor will I. Again thanks to the BBB for their help and insight.

Response taken over the phone: When the new lease was signed, 9/the check, the consumer was referring to, had already been posted and apply to the balance The close out amount that the customer was given from Honda included the October payment

I made a phone call to Mr*** and all he wanted
was a yes or no answerHe purchased a used vehicle with used tires and they
still meet NY state inspection requirements of at least 2/of an inchHe put on approx miles
He still can drive on themThe Service writer made a
suggestion that they may want
to upgrade there tires for the winterWe will not buy tires due to tire
