I work out of the corporate office for the company and I have access to all the customer accounts in the company. All the information was pulled right off the store computer system. And if Ms Allen has paid 1,200 I would love to see the receipts to see what payments were not applied to her account. And again everything is the same as the last response. We do not scam our customers, we would not be in business today if so.

I was told 2 weeks before my  couch was ordered all the payments I made towards it would go to my new couch wich would of made my cost lower...
