I did rent a tuxedo for this customer's April 28th event, Upon ordering the customer asked for suggestions on the vest and tie colors, the girls dress was a dark iridescent royal type color with a black undertone I suggested black, navy, silver and even royalShe chose navy. The tuxedo
arrived April 25th and she was messaged on the 26th because it came in near to closing on the 25thShe came in on the 27th to try on! They tried on and only ever expressed that the vest had no adjustable featureThey looked everything over and took their merchandiseLater that night she messaged me as to how to make the vest tighterI messaged her back and told her I had a vest I owned and she could use one of my navy vests if shed likeShe agreed and messaged back asking for a NAVY pocket square. After that she made out that everything was wrong! Keep in mind she had her son try on in our store before leaving and had no problem besides vest tightnessMy employee agreed to meet her with a new vest and shoes (she had said the shoes were scuffed) once again the shoes were tried on before leavingWe delivered, my employee went out of her way to do soApparently, I grabbed the wrong shoes to send (my fault) but they already had the original. The next day they said they had to buy matching items, she not once to called or messaged me to see if I had anything else they preferred, the royal also known as cobalt blue. I did have a royal in stockWe accommodated her in every way all she had to do was ask.It is not our responsibility to choose colors we can only make suggestionsIt's the customers responsibility to choose what they want and express displeasure before leaving if not satisfiedI do have a witness my employee on order and my employee on try on and pick up who offered to meet her and a customer upon later returnShe messaged me on return day and said her daughter was sick and if she could return the tux and another of a friend on the following day, I said there is usually a late fee but I would waive itShe ended up showing up late on return day, cussed me out literally and I still had to return the tuxes lateI did waive the late fees for her but due to the fact they were late we did owe the company $The price of the tux was also $not $112! I do apologize but her statements are so far from the truth that it literally hurts my inner soul to know she can stand here and lieShe NEVER gave options of colors, I went to her since the girl got her dress there I had no way to match dress except Traceys word that the dress was navy with black undertoneI even held my pbone up with picture of the dress and agrued with her that the dress looked more royal blue to me than navy but she stood her ground that it was navyAs far as late fee I have my copy of contract there was not a return day or time or charge of late fee listedI did message her asking if I could bring in next day when she stated to me if bot returned that day there would be late fee that she would waiveI got so mad that after every lie, every mishap I encountered she dare threaten me with late charge so I returned on time not lateWhen I returned I asked her nicely about refund but she BLAMED me for ecerything! Attached are messages and pictures and contractI have way more photos of messages etc and issues wrong with tux but no where to attach

I established credit with this company, but cancelled the contract within days of signing it because the credit card I used to make my down payment was compromised during the transaction and I was the victim of hundreds of dollars in fraudulent charges and countless hours of frustration and lost time proving to my bank that the charges were unauthorized so that I could recoup my loss. It took me nearly 2 months to receive a refund for the down payment amount, coupled with countless phone calls and the worst customer service experience Ever to finally have the refund mailed, but I was grateful when the check was finally issued so that I could put this horrific experience behind me. That was until I reviewed my credit report to find that this company has reported negative information to credit reporting agencies on a cancelled account! The loan amount reported was for three times the agreement I signed and it has been reported that I've made late payments on this cancelled account! Unbelievable and Unacceptable.
