Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/09/12) */ [redacted] Good Morning, It is very unfortunate that we are unable to honor the service plans going forward as of July 28th , Ben Moss has dissolved and we are now in the process of liquidating the assetsthe stores will remain open until November or December All service has been ceased for everyone including staff and any refunds that were within the days have been honored, the phone calls to home office haven't been returned because there isn't anyone there to answer calls all non- essential staff have been let go as of Aug 2/ I regret the upset/ concern that this situation has caused everyone involved but it is completely out of all staffs hands!
