As stated before, the vehicle is ready and drivable. Please contact our office to pick it up.There is no credit due for the repairs
made on 05/30/when the customer paid $437.16.We inform the customer that he needed a new radiator. The customer supplied the part and we installed itthank you

I don't understand why he did not respond to my emails directly

We sold this vehicle to Ms. [redacted] on March 09, 2013 in the amount of $12,500.00.  The customer also purchased extended warranty, however, this warranty expired. According to our history, the vehicle was brought to our shop the following dates:07/03/2013, 08/14/2015 and  11/07/2016....

 On 11/07/2016, the vehicle was towed to our shop.  After inspection, we advised the customer that it needed 2 ABS censors to correct the problem.  We informed the customer that we would  replace the parts and not charge for labor.  In other words, they would only pay for the parts.  We spoke with the husband and he approved the repairs. However, he later called and told us to stop or not to do the repairs.  He picked up the vehicle from our shop and declined the repairs.  Although, the vehicle was out of warranty and because we were the selling dealer, we made this offer to the customer but they declined.   we strife to satisfy our buyers  and customer so that they would be happy with the vehicle they purchase or repair made in our dealership.  We regret to inform Ms. [redacted] that we are not able to comply with her request to issue payment and have the repairs made elsewhere. Thank you for you cooperation in this matter.Elia R. We have reviewed the complaint for our customer.  As required by law, we are required to send letters to all interested parties when a vehicle is repaired and is abandoned by the customer.The Customer agreed to the charges.  The customer also had a rental vehicle for 69 days at $19.95 per...

day or $1462.58.  However, if the customer picks up the vehicle and pays for the repairs, we will allow a 50% discount on the rental or $$731.29.We hope this will be satisfactory to the customer. Thank you
