Rent A Tent

At the delivery of the tent, the delivery driver drove through, twice, where the tent was marked out to go. This left 2.5" ruts from every tire on the vehicle. The yard the tent was in had way more than enough room to turn around elsewhere. After speaking to [redacted] a couple times and expressing my concern for our 250 guests he agreed to a $200 dollar refund. This 200 was supposed to cover any repair work we were to do to try and salvage the ankles of our guests and the aesthetics of my fathers yard. Not overly happy with the way he brushed it off as a a small chunk to keep me at bay for my wedding weekend, but nonetheless I agreed to the $200 check being sent back once we emailed him our contact information. Two months have came and gone, with emails as reminders peppered in those months. NO response and no money in the mail. I called [redacted] back today 11-25-13, our wedding was 9-7-2013, he told me "there was no way I will be sending you a check!" He also said he saw that there were no ruts as he "drove by" the house. To set the stage for where this happened, my parents home, which sits 400 feet from the road and the tent was 40+ feet behind the home, not likely he saw anything as I could barely see the 40 by 80 tent driving to the house on the same road.
