issues you may have. I take your input seriously and will work to improve your customer service experience. Upon reviewing your account, I see that the tires in question were first rented to you on our Rent To Own program back in July of 2013. Regular payments were made on the merchandise until it was paid out satisfactorily in June of 2014. I also see that our Extended Road Hazard Protection was declined at the time of payout. Your account would still receive FREE Rotation & Balance as well as Free Common Flat Repair for the life of the tire, but not tire replacement. From what you are describing in your email, the "bubbles" you refer to sound like what is called in our industry as an "Impact Bubble". Impact Bubbles can be caused from many various causes, most notably potholes and road debris (especially in low profile tires such as yours). I would be more than happy to inspect your tires for you personally at any of our [redacted] Rent A Tire locations at a time and place that we can agree upon. Once I have inspected your tires and diagnosed any issues, we can work to a resolution. The tires in question are two years old and  may be at the end of their life expectancy. I currently do not have recalls or quality issues on record for your size/brand of tire, but I will make every effort to follow up with our distributors to see if there may be any other known reasons for your tire issues. My contact information is listed below so we can make arrangements. Thank you for your business and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Chris T[redacted] Office: [redacted]Fax: [redacted]Email: [redacted]
