I would like to start with my belief that working people should support each other and try to understand and remain positive, especially when things go wrongUnfortunately this company shook my beliefsThis is a young company, and perhaps feedback can make it a more viable contender in a tough market I was extremely disappointed in Rent a Vet movers for these reasons: They were one and a half hours late for their windowThey were to arrive between and 2, finally getting to my house at 3:They did call to give a reason, first, the 'job before took longer than they anticipated,' then they 'got lost.' My husband received a job offer out of the blue and we were left with little time to move from Ballwin MO to Denver COAfter researching local movers we decided to contact Rent A Vet as well as a few other Revdex.com rated companiesFrank came out to look at our house and our belongings and provided us with a competitive bidHe was very reassuring and we also like the fact that he was willing to handle the move himself They actually arrived to the new home before we did and were ready to go with no delayApparently they were lucky enough to find a Denver family that were moving to St LouisThey were in and out and nothing was damagedI have nothing but positive things to say about the experience

Moved yesterday and used this company on a recommendationThey sent me guys, that were simply incredibleHumble, honest, and trustworthy, anddeterminedTraditionally you may not look for these qualities in a moving company, but for me, it just took the whole experience to the next levelCorey [redacted] , Mathew ***, and Andrew [redacted] were great guys, and did an incredible jobTHANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING

Junior and his team (Frank and Jay) were minutes early, and immediately went to workThey thoroughly wrapped every single piece of furniture, and were extremely efficientThey had my entire bedroom apartment packed and loaded in an hourWe had our hardwood floors redone at our new house, and they were extra cautious while moving things inI could not have been happier with our experience, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, but high quality moving company

This is the second time I've used Rent A Vet & have been thrilled with the results both timesI had movers today, Junior, Devon, Matt & Larry They were timely, professional, courteous, and did everything I asked and more! It's stressful entrusting your precious things to strangers & Rent A Vet made it easy...THANK YOU!

The Rent A Vet mover team led by Frank was prompt, arriving mins earlyThey worked quickly but carefully, wrapping the large items for safe transportUpon arriving at the new home, there were some challenges getting certain large pieces into certain rooms, but the team did what they needed to do to make it happen without damaging anythingWe were under a serious time constraint with rain in the forecast plus needing to be out of our old house by 5:00PM, and Frank's team made it happenI highly recommend using their services for your move, large or smallYou won't find a better value

I had no idea we had so much stuffThey showed up with men and 26' trucks and got us moved in hours I was impressed and I will spread the word to everyone I know

had a bedroom apt move miles
rent a vet done in days 1/cost big companies that wanted to fill a semi trailer and deliver in weeks +/- without a time frame
both movers exceedingly polite and wrapped and moved all without a scratch

We hired RentAVet to move us from STL to Bradenton FL and we were very pleased with the serviceThe team showed up on time with great attitudes and loaded our items onto the truck with minimum effortWe were told when to expect them for the unload and like clockwork we received a call letting us know they had arrived and were ready to unload
5star service all the way!

Frank and his entire crew were exceptional to work withThey moved me cross country, they arrived ahead of schedule both loading and unloading at our final destinationNot one item was broken or damaged in any wayI have referred them to friends several times since my move and everyone has been as impressed as I was!

I have used other moving companies in the past but by far rent a vet movers has been the bestThey moved everything meticulously and with care from one two story home to anotherThey took the time to place the furniture in the places I suggested and got the job done very fast and efficientThe estimate they quoted me was spot on and honestly, this is the only moving company I will ever useI am very protective over my personal belongings and they did a great job making me feel comfortable with my property in their hands
Highly recommended

We hired Frank and his team to move our stuff from St. Louis, MO to Atlanta, GA. They provided superb services, were always on time and professional. Very happy with how they helped us through this long distance move, their rates were very reasonable. Will definitely recommend them. We are planning to move one more time next year and will be calling Frank again.

I would like to start with my belief that working people should support each other and try to understand and remain positive, especially when things go wrong. Unfortunately this company shook my beliefs. This is a young company, and perhaps feedback can make it a more viable contender in a tough market.

I was extremely disappointed in Rent a Vet movers for these reasons:

They were one and a half hours late for their window. They were to arrive between 1 and 2, finally getting to my house at 3:30. They did call to give a reason, first, the 'job before took longer than they anticipated,' then they 'got lost.'...

They had a three man team, just one was a vet. The business name led me to believe I was hiring veterans only. And, they were the lowest bid. It should have been all good.

My husband and I prepped as well as we could including taking drawers out of dressers. We asked them to move our large pieces, and we would take care of the boxes, etc. We moved literally four houses over, so there was no need to load/unload their truck. .

In the new house, they did not reassemble any furniture such as the bed and mirrored dressing table. All of the movers I hired in the past provided that amenity without being asked.

They broke or marred a few pieces. The coffee table had a good sized nick, as did the clothes dresser.

Most importantly, they broke my husband's 1930s antique barber chair. It is indeed heavy because it is made of steel, porcelain, and leather. It was in pristine condition and by far the most expensive piece we own worth a couple thousand dollars. They dropped the chair on the sidewalk between the two houses. When they tried to catch it, the hydraulic arm for the chair lift was broken completely off, rendering the lift feature useless. There were significant chips (the size of a hockey puck) in the porcelain on the seat base. The barber chair has lost 2/3 of its value because of the movers' inexperience and/or carelessness.

They did not ask me to do a walk through of both houses before calling the move complete, and being sure I was satisfied. I was most disappointed when it came time to pay. I hoped the lead man would lower the fee due to them being so late. Even so, I gave a generous tip. I still believe working people should help each other out. But, I did not know about the damage to the chair when I paid him because I was at the old house and the chair was at the new.

Upon hindsight, I am dismayed that they took the tip and more importantly were not upfront with me about the broken chair.

I had no idea we had so much stuff. They showed up with 6 men and 3 26' trucks and got us moved in 6.5 hours.

I was impressed and I will spread the word to everyone I know.

Junior and his team (Frank and Jay) were 10 minutes early, and immediately went to work. They thoroughly wrapped every single piece of furniture, and were extremely efficient. They had my entire 2 bedroom apartment packed and loaded in an hour. We had our hardwood floors redone at our new house, and they were extra cautious while moving things in. I could not have been happier with our experience, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, but high quality moving company.

They actually arrived to the new home before we did and were ready to go with no delay. Apparently they were lucky enough to find a Denver family that were moving to St Louis. They were in and out and nothing was damaged. I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience.

The Rent A Vet mover team led by Frank was prompt, arriving 15 mins early. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping the large items for safe transport. Upon arriving at the new home, there were some challenges getting certain large pieces into certain rooms, but the team did what they needed to do to make it happen without damaging anything. We were under a serious time constraint with rain in the forecast plus needing to be out of our old house by 5:00PM, and Frank's team made it happen. I highly recommend using their services for your move, large or small. You won't find a better value.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service. They arrived within the window that we were given and had us loaded up in no time. They were very thorough with the wrapping of the furniture and they disassembled our kitchen table and bed.

I had to leave for a last minute interview and was not able to be present for the unload. I called Frank and told him that my mother in law would be present for the unload.

According to my mother in law they moved very quickly and had everything unloaded and reassembled in about an hour and a half.

We moved from a duplex and didn't have a terrible amount of items but it was nice to have a move that went totally as planned with no problems.

This is the second time I've used Rent A Vet & have been thrilled with the results

This was a no brainer for me as I have a son currently serving overseas. I think this is a great idea and the young men that handled my move did a fine job!
