Rent-A-Wreck of Lancaster

I purchased a RV from Specialty RV, and have had warranty issues that they will not address. I have had numerous conversations with their service department personnel and also contacted the sales office to express my dissatisfaction with the way this matter has been handled. They state that the unit will need to be returned to the factory for proper repair and will need to schedule and make arrangements for pick up and delivery. I was asked to contact the [redacted] and make arrangements myself to resolve these issues. I have contacted Specialty 12 times in the last year and do not have a resolution. I called three days ago and requested that the owner contact me to discuss my options, I have not received a return call.
