rejecting this response because:I didn't initially send the vehicle back, mainly because I thought it was an issue with the charging system. I had also contacted your business the same day that it broke down, and was told it "might be a fuse." I tried starting the vehicle numerous times after I had gotten off the phone with the business, and the only thing I heard was a click. That same day I checked the fuses, removed the starter, alternator, and battery to have them all tested. Everything came back with a little less voltage than what it would normally have, so I got a new alternator and new starter, and neither of those were the issue. So when I returned the vehicle and asked for my down payment back, all I was told was that the vehicle was sold as-is. And another thing; I wouldn't do more damage to a vehicle that I was going to use for work just to get my money back. There also shouldn't have been any other damage to the vehicle that was caused while it was in my possession. I also didn't return the vehicle on the 25th, I returned it on the 23rd.
