Having 7th year community festival and decided to use rent all after checking other vendor prices. Ordered stage on Wednesday 9/3/19 and cancelled on 9/5/19. Found a better arrangements, stage being dropped off on 9/6/19, a day before event, picking stage up 9/9/19. Property belongs to another institution and could not secure merchandise. So I cancelled order 2 days later and be charged 75% of $393.30 for stage & 20 chairs is usury. I started calling 7:30 in the morning and left several voice messages, I had to and choose pool assistance opposed to regular equipment for venues. The pool transferred me and spoke with supv, not *** the original person the order was placed with.
Complete refund since never told of cancellation fee.
This customer has not been charged anything and I have the paperwork to prove it. We cancelled the order just like she requested. She said she was going to come pick up her paperwork but never showed up. If she had, she would have seen that she wasn't charged anything before submitting a complaint.

As long as he did not charge me this has been resolved. I did not make this response up! I have every intention of picking up paperwork, I am just so busy at the moment.
