I received a phone call today from a man in which he repeated a customer's name repeatedly, rudely, aggressively [redacted] After the third time of him doing this I stated "I don't understand, where are you calling from'" at which point he hung up on meI called back and discovered it was Rent all (I have never had any dealings with them)I spoke with a call taker apprised him of the situation and asked to be transferred to a managerI spoke with the "collections manager" and relayed what had transpired and asked why they called , I also advised I was concerned that the call was coming in on a number that I utilize for work and expressed concerns over the nature and delivery of the call and further relayed the gentleman that had contacted me sounded to potentially [redacted] When I asked why they were calling he advised they were looking for a previous co-worker of mine who had used me as a referenceI told him we no loner maintained contactI asked him why the first call
