Is he testifying that IF he did not write that ***note that I would not be entitled to an exchange ? Of course I would but that wasn't the agreement....he promised a RETURN which represents a refund To further prove my point to how big a [redacted] he is.........My initial intention when I went back was not a refund but to purchase LED dimmable bulbsHis first question was what kind of dimmer do you have ?When I told him it was a LED dimmer he tried to convince me to change my LED dimmer switch to an ELECTRONIC DIMMER and buy his $LED dimmable bulb because according to this mn, NO OTHER LED BULB WILL DIM ON THE LED DIMMER SWITCH I HAVEUnconvinced to his wish wash nonsense, He went on to say that he would make a "special" call to a friend who might have something I can use but I had to place a special order and this bulb might not even exist and had a 10% chance of the bulb to work.His resolution was either change my dimmer switch AND buy his bulbs or not be able to find a dimmable LED bulb for the LED dimmer that I had.So I went to the local ACE hardware and asked someone who was not a [redacted] the same question..........and guess what ?
