The worst ever!! Stay away!! They keep your security deposit They never return phone calls and treat you horrible I rented a run down house as the rent was cheap They charged me for everything even though the house looked times better moving out than moving into the house They did not help me at all STAY AWAY!!! Very poor costumer service and I sent picture of the house when we moved in and they didn't care

I am an Owner of a property in New Port Richey and I have been using Rent it Network for over a year. My tenants just renewed their lease for a 2nd year, and we had a 1 year inspection of the property this past week. Everything was as they said it was. The tenant has been maintating her home, paying rent on time, and I have no fears it won't continue to go smoothly this next year.
We have had to do a few repairs over the year and Rent It Network scheduled the repairs in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price.
