I purchased a set of rims and tires from Rent N Roll. I had some issues with my car to where the tires were wearing down. Within the warranty they replaced the tires and told me I needed some work done on my car to prevent the tires from wearing. I got ALL the work done on my car that they said I needed done, new tires were still ruined within months. I took the car back they notified me that I was out of replacements from the warranty so I took my car elsewhere to get serviced. The other shop replaced the tires and while doing the alignment they notified me that my car has a certain adjustment that the manufacture does not permit or allow to done. Thank you for telling me, I have been dealing with Rent N Roll for a year now and have had 2 wheel alignments done and nobody from there ever told me anything about this adjustment that needed to be done but they couldn't do therefor I will continue to have the problem with my tires, they were more concerned with getting me out of the shop and telling me everything was ok until it wasn't, and attempting to sell me new tires so I could get a new warranty. This place is a joke and will screw over a customer in a minute.

After about months of this company in my home for a kitchen remodel I am quite unhappyTheir measurements were off so there are gaps between wall and cabinets.And I can't even open the cabinets without it hitting the wallA hole near the pantryThe pantry is set so far off you can physically see space when you look at the gouged out tile.There are places where deep uneven grooves were left on the walls by the sink and counter Screws missing fron brand new cabinet doorsThey left an electrical outlet open and when asked they said I should go to the store and replace itEven though they're the ones who took out the socket and left the empty hole.Not to mention the walls, they were originally a kind of rough maze appearance.Well now about a fourth of the wall is plastered flat, and they left the remainder with the original mazeAnd the other wall is just patchy like they started but weren't sure how to finish They even left screws protruding out under the newly installed micro

To Whom It May Concern, I purchased a set of Tires from Rent-N-Roll in September of 2013. My weekly payment is$22.22. Which I have paid $888.8 for the tires. I will admit I have been late a few time with my payments because I have been in a [redacted] and I have told this to [redacted] but I have always kept the lines of communication open with Store Manager [redacted] Sales Associate [redacted] I believe I have been ripped off for tires. The Contract for early payoff was to end in January 2014. I have been getting Harassing calls to my house and Job from The Assistant Store Manager [redacted] I have asked the store Manager [redacted] to tell his workers do not call my place of employment, However, I don't have a problem with either him or ** calling my house but I want the Harassing calls to stop. When I am late a $10.00 fee and other outrageous fees are added to my account. I believe that I have been taken advantage of. I believe the tires should have been paid for by now. I believe Scandal is going on and someone needs to do something about Rent-N-Roll Tires. I have contacted the NC Attorney General and I was told to seek legal assistant. I am in no shape at this time to afford an attorney but I would appreciate some assistance from you. Also, I want the harassing phone calls to Stop and I don't want to do business ever again with Rent-N-Roll.Business Response Mrs. [redacted] entered into a rental agreement with rnr tires on 09/03/2013. this agreement was set up for 65 weekly payment or a total of 1236.33 Excluding tax and wavier) also we have a early purchase option built into the agreement. this would have allowed Mrs. [redacted] to pay the tires out within the first 120 for the cash price she did not do this. To date she has paid 694.28 toward the rent 115.68 waiver 60 in late fees for a total of 916.99. She has not fulfilled the agreement that she signed with us and the tires still belong to rnr. I have talked to Mrs. [redacted] back in June and I told her that I understand that she has had a hard time paying the payment on time and that I would be more than happy to help her anyway I could. I told her that when she goes past due if she would return our phone calls and give us a date and time no one else would call her unless she did not keep her agreement. we have not been notified by any courts that she has field [redacted] and if Mrs. [redacted] can not keep her end of the agreement she is more than welcome to return the tires to us and she will owe no more other wise we will need her to make the payments on time and we will help her the best we can Consumer Response To Whom It May Concern, I have kept all lines of communication open with Rent N Roll. This matter has been brought to you attention because I have been Harassed by the Account Manager [redacted] This is a N.C. Gen. Stat. § XX-XXX. Using profane, indecent or threateninglanguage to any person. I have notified the NC Attorney General regarding this matter. I am very aware that I can return the tires back to Rent N Roll since I have paid on the tires for so long. The Late Fee are outrageous. I believe, that I am not the only person who has experience this type of issue with Rent n Roll and some needs to investigate this matter.
