I am the store manager. She did not buy wheels from us. In 12/2014, we did an alignment and while making the adjustments a bolt snapped. We replaced the bolt at no charge to her. We told her the bolt on the other side might snap if we did those...

adjustments and she would have to pay to have the bolt replaced. She elected not to have the adjustments made because she did not want to pay anything more than the normal charge for an alignment. She paid $139.95 for a normal alignment. We gave her a 90 days warranty on the alignment. She purchased tires from us in 2008 and we replaced one tire in 01/2015 but the wheel was hers. She did not purchase a wheel from us. We will not refund her money for the alignment. She was outside the warranty period when she filed the company. We will not pay for the wheels because she did not purchase them from us. We will not refund for the tires because she purchased them from us 3 years ago and did not properly maintin them with us.
